Fundraising Permit

Valide Humanitarian Aid Association was founded on 16 July 2010 with the understanding that "service to the people is service to the Truth", and holds the status of an association working for the public benefit. This status enables the association to carry out activities serving the public benefit in line with its purpose, and to benefit from various legal advantages within the framework of those activities. On 25 July 2012, pursuant to Article 27 of Law no. 5253 on Associations, the request for our association to be deemed one of the associations working for the public benefit was examined by the Department of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior and was approved by Council of Ministers decision no. 2014/6647 of 16 July 2014.

Our association holds a permit to collect donations at home and abroad, by approval no. 1062836 of the Governorship of İstanbul.
